Helen joined Vicena International Ltd in June 1992 , which was purchased by Imperium UK in September 2020, in a secretarial capacity with her role evolving over the past 31 years.

Helen is now principally focused on company secretarial matters including incorporation of UK entities and related ongoing work in maintaining their statutory compliance as well as ad-hoc duties including arranging for documents to be notarised and affixed with an apostille.

Outside of work Helen likes to read and listen to music whilst doing puzzle/adventure games and is an armchair football supporter (Eagles); although she may not be spending as much time on these now that she and her husband recently brought home three Maine Coon kittens who keep them busy.
